道观河风景区景观简介
道观河风景旅游区简介是武汉市四大重点风景区之一。她位于武汉近郊新州区东部，大别山南麓，南接106国道，北连318国道，西距京九铁路新州火车站5公里，距武汉市区、天河国际机场68公里。年均气温164度，夏季最高气温比市区低4-5度。海拔高度在42-685米之间。规划总面积4788平方公里，是旅游、避暑、休闲、度假的理想之地。
道观河风景旅游区有着得天独厚的自然环境，山青水秀，风光绚丽，景色宜人，区域由72座秀丽壮观的山峰和一座浩大的潭湖构成，重峦叠嶂圈谷成湖，山水林寺浑然一体。座座峰峦凝物形象逼真，或狮、或象、或牛、或船、或钵。
道观河风景旅游区总面积4788平方公里，现有报恩禅寺、避暑山庄、唐代紫霞寺、问津书院、清乾隆题咏过的奇石牛、九天园等20多个景点，目前部分景点正在建设之中。景区与将军山国家森林公园、涨渡湖生态立体林业一线穿珠，形成集游乐、观赏、休憩于一体的风景走廊。为中外游客、佛门弟子旅游观光、朝山拜佛的圣地。
