S100 Proprietary SDRAM production tester. Used in testing 66MHz and 100MHz SDRAM. Simulates real world environment. Consists of 12 individual diagnostic tests.

330MHz Used in conjunction with Kingston proprietary testing software. Used for testing 66MHz 100MHz and up to 133MHz SDRAM.
HP83000 F660/F1300
1.3GHz Data Rate Used in conjunction with Kingston proprietary testing software. Allows for testing in picoseconds. Used in testing next generation Rambus technology.
Advantest T5581H
250MHz The latest addition to Kingston抯 testing facilities. Features fully automated 16 site testing. Tests 66MHz and up to 133MHz SDRAM and 250MHz DDR modules.
Next Generation
Testers Kingston is currently investing resources in the development of next generation test software and equipment for all of our testing facilities. To be used in production testing of Rambus technology.
